The Line Cook position is responsible for the daily preparation of food items according to recipes and standards. Ensures freshness of food and ingredients by checking quality, keeping track of old and new items, and rotating stock. The Line Cook is responsible for inspecting and cleaning food preparation areas, such as equipment and work surfaces or serving areas, to ensure safe and sanitary food-handling practices.
As for all our team members, your primary responsibility is to provide an exceptional member experience and keep a high standard of member and guest satisfaction, service quality, appearance, and cleanliness of facilities. A positive attitude and willingness to learn are essential to the success of each team member, as well as the success of our operation.
Requirements
Expected Hours of Work: Flexible scheduling - daytime, evening, and weekend shifts. We are looking for many types of availability, as we are extremely flexible.
  • Position Types: Full-Time (35-40 hours/week); Part-Time (10 hours/week)
We hope to welcome you to Woodhill starting in April 2024.
Qualifications:
Required Education and Experience
  • Positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to follow directions and recipes.
  • Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills.
  • Must have an eye for detail, a warm and friendly presence, and enjoy providing exceptional customer service.
Preferred Education and Experience
  • Prior cooking experience or training preferred - We will train.
Compensation & Benefits:
  • Base hourly earnings
  • Complimentary employee meals.
  • Full-time employees are eligible for benefits (health, dental, paid time off, 401k, etc. per club policy)
  • Use of Woodhill's exceptional facilities (golf course, pool, tennis courts, and winter sports complex) on Mondays.
